      the integration product is good

      Cons

      They over hired and then cut costs by cleaning house with 4 rounds of layoffs. There is NO culture. There is NO diversity. Lots of promises made that weren't kept. Training is garbage. Communication from the top was never clear, and never frequently enough. Stay far away from this Titanic situation.
