No development; poor management; terrible communication; bad/poorly performing product; unachievable targets; management in other countries; no clear shared vision; layoffs/redundancies; takes an eternity for any product changes/to fix bugs (sometimes not even fixed), ignored by management, non-existent culture, no rewards for doing a good job, management with lack of product knowledge and lack of process knowledge; half finished projects; severe lack of feedback culture; create roles & make you interview for them and then pull those roles after 2 months as management 'don't have time to train you' on them; making your reports provide training to team & then complain that nobody asks questions; management get a free parking space & employees have to pay for their parking or turn up an hour before their shift for free off-road parking; management constantly late to meetings.
