Good place to learn basic customer service skills and improve communication. Helpful for beginners who want experience in handling customers and working under pressure.
Cons
The environment was stressful and unhygienic, with slow systems, lack of proper accessories, uncomfortable seating arrangements, and no proper cabins for agents. Cleanliness was poor and the workplace often felt overcrowded. Work pressure was high while incentives and appreciation were limited. Even on occasions like Eid, only one day off was given and it was adjusted with the regular weekly off instead of being provided separately.
