Good atmosphere - Manager Bookish Employee Review

-amazing work environment -owner is lovely -community is kind

-location is not great (on major road, no parking)

I was an intern at bookish too, and it was an absolutely lovely place, with lovely people, the CEO had vision, the editorial was witty, the designers were dedicated, the product team was exceptional and our tech team was first rate. The other disillusioned intern is thinking of the company that acquired Bookish, but Bookish.com as it existed from 2012 to January 6th, 2014, made all its payments and was an absolutely fantastic place to work, even in spite of the impossible mission we were given.

I wish there had been a little more faith from the parent companies in the mission and Bookish's earnest attempt to accomplish it.
