Pros

I joined here a year back, had an amazing training experience. Then it was my turn to use the training skills and my own skills on the field. I started understanding the job. I performed really well as per our MIS as we got everyday. One major pros of working in Account Manager Team is you get direct access to CEO. We have our reviews with him which help us getting feedbacks. Regarding growth, I was given feedback on working on some skills which will fit me to international market and enterprise clients. I worked on that, with proper reviews time to time I learned those skills. Now I am working on Vietnam market and tourism sector.

Cons

Too much of time spend on training

Pros

A good place for freshers to gain hands-on experience and learn quickly. Direct exposure to projects without much bureaucracy.

Cons

Lack of industry standards: No proper code reviews, and changes can be made directly in production, leading to unstable deployments. Constant urgency on all tasks except salary processing and full-and-final settlements. Pressure for fake publicity: Employees are forced to post on LinkedIn with praise and tag the CEO. Excessive monitoring: The CEO tracks employees via CCTV and directly messages them based on observations. Unreasonably strict policies: Half-day salary deduction for being even a minute late or taking an extra minute beyond the assigned break. High favoritism: Career growth is influenced more by personal favoritism than actual performance. No job security: Frequent hiring and firing cycles create an unstable work environment. Seeing new faces every week does not mean team expansion but rather replacements. Repetitive town halls: The CEO frequently holds company-wide meetings, often repeating the same stories without actual improvements. Workplace politics: Office politics play a major role, affecting promotions, recognition, and overall work culture. "Sir/Mam" culture: Employees are expected to address seniors with "Sir" or "Mam," reinforcing a rigid hierarchical environment rather than a collaborative workspace.

Pros

You’ll get to work and get some basic experience. They talk a lot about AI and ML on LinkedIn, but in the actual work, it’s all old tech and not much to learn.

Cons

There is no job security at . Any time, CTO can call you to the office and tell you, This is your last day, then ask you give resignation same time. It gets accepted immediately, and you are to leave on the same day without due notice or process. The most toxic person the CEO. He is always watching everyone, and even for something as small , he'll respond. He will call anytime to all for "town halls" and go on for hours lecturing on things that nobody finds helpful. They are very unreasonable and strict in their policies—such as deducting half a day's pay if you're even a minute late. Also, the company is totally dependent on outside investment. If the money does arrive, then you may receive your salary in time. If it doesn't, expect delays each month. There is zero transparency, and workers are left in the dark wondering when they'll receive their salary. Even after you leave the company, the struggle isn’t over. You’ll have to struggle for your FNF. They’ll promise it will be cleared in 45 days, but that rarely happens. You’ll have to send multiple emails and follow-ups, and even then, you might only get a partial amount. After that, the cycle of follow-ups continues.
