We’re sorry to hear that your time with BookMyForex was not a pleasant one. We like to believe that our inside sales department is a highly performing and tightly knit unit. We’ve never been known to not follow through on our promises and we very rarely ever fire anyone and if at all, it is always for performance or behavioral reasons. We’re sorry if you were one of the very few staff that we asked to go. Regarding our pantry space, being a startup, we prefer to remain lean and not make unnecessary expenses. Our pantry, however, has been built to accommodate 10 people and we will increase the pantry space further as we continue to grow. Regarding incentives, we’d like to assure you that no incentive scheme has ever been created and not followed through upon. Some of our best performing staff consistently earn more from incentives rather than their base pay.
