This helps as a startup, as you evolve with the climate and helps us thrive. Because of the fast pace, you are forced to work efficiently and become a problem solver. It's a fun and hardworking team that supports each other. Easy to approach upper management, quick decisions made.
Cons
Sometimes we move too fast, and this takes away from proper planning. That's pretty much the root of all problems - but almost unavoidable as everyone is just doing what's best for the business.
