Working hours are good. No working extra hours. Happens rarely even if you have to. Infrastructure is good. The office is airy and spacious. I've seen the best example of team unity here. Team members help each other when in a crisis and there is no manager or executive gap. Everyone's friendly and you can have good time with them.

Management and HR are not friendly . The management doesn't trust its employees. It behaves like everyone's come to cheat them. The HR is the most unfriendly one I've seen in my career. He's a person by the management for the management. He is not a person you can communicate your problems and issues. You have to struggle even for your confirmation letter. READ THE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THE COMPANY THEN ONLY SIGN THE AGREEMENT. Talk about your notice period, leave and other policies even before you join (you don't want surprises here) and get everything in writing (they can change it anytime though). Leaves are one of the important things The company doesn't have even basic leave policies that most of the companies follow. Your salary is deduced when you take leave and they say they'll reimburse the money after you complete a year at the company mostly after April (but there are instances where they have not reimbursed the money even after completing a year). Next year again this cycle follows. Basically you can consider that there are no paid leaves. At least keep your promises. The management is stingy and tries to save money where ever possible. Mind that there are no tissues in washroom and water filter and you get a below average chai. or get your milk if you want good chai. To the management- This is not how to save money. Give proper service to your customers and treat your employees well- that is the only way to do business and make money.

Good Infrastructure, Second level managers are very good

Bond, 3 months notice period, No paid leave, No Saturday off, No increment. No Bonus If you want 2 Saturday then have to give extra half an hour everyday . (total 9 hrs working). Sandwich cut (If you take leave on Saturday or on Monday then your Sunday 3 days salary will get cut. ) While taking interview they promise to give 15 days leave money after completing 1 year. But they did not.
