Pros
booj is great for people just starting off in their professional life! They often hire junior level employees, allowing them to learn and grow at the company. There is a lot of room for growth and expansion that wouldn't be present at larger companies. Being a start-up, employees have a lot of power to give feedback, and often dictate new processes and products. The people are great, and you make really fast friends with the people you work with. The culture is also fun, especially if you like playing games like pingpong and pool. There are also fun outings that are organized for the employees. booj really prides itself in letting you have a life outside of work.
Cons
Because booj hires so many junior level employees there is a larger learning curve, which can slow down processes and projects. It also means that more training is necessary, but I see many people leave/get fired because of a lack of training. Certain positions are "thrown to the wolves" and then fired quickly if they can't keep up, which I don't think is fair because I know that with a little extra training, they would last a long time at booj.
