There is no pros at all

Zero star to the management of this company. You are treated as factory labors. Pointless work will be provided to you. You can't showcase your talent here, management is an unhappy soul that you are never appreciated for your talent. You can't learn anything here especially if you want to grow yourself as a software engineer, then their project is not going to help you and you can't even upgrade your skills. I never recommend this company to anyone, you get better jobs in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai region. And yeah I can't forget to say there's this so called boss, who is so wicked and he's famous for threatening employees. This company doesn't know the difference between educated employees and unskilled labours.

Nothing good as I know

There is clueless, endless and view-less work will be forced to you. I am talking about cons there is one man the ceo who is every thing in this company. If he says this is night then you have to admit that this is night. He treats everyone like a labour. Yes, definitely you will feel it if you're working in this company. Manager does not know how to run a project. HR can't take any decision and they needs to depend / obey with the ceo.
