      The day is never dull. Everyday is different. You have your properties, your projects, your meetings, your goals. Installs, inspections, reports, projects, meetings, it's all a package and it keeps you busy.

      Cons

      You tend to work alot of overtime, all the time. You get questioned for everything and the blame will typically go to you because it has to go to someone.

      Pros

      The customers are the real reason to work hard and diligently. The perks: cell, truck, and equipment is stellar but secondary to the absolute gems of perfection you find in each backyard will make you want to work and be on time everyday.

      Cons

      Double speak is confusing and the pretentious attitudes will cause anxiety and self doubt. Just show up to work and keep to yourself; keys to success. Being prudent is valued over self improvement.
