Butch is absolutely one of the most disrespectful humans on the planet, and makes disgusting sexual comments about men more than women so that made it even more uncomfortable. Most all the mechanics refuse to be around him alone or record their conversations because when there’s no other management present he will tell you to patch and rig stuff up. They give absolutely zero care about safety with hundreds of videos and pictures of proof. Butch got mad when I was respectful enough to put in my 2 weeks notice then turned into his normal 350lbs baby man self and got upset so he took me of the schedule. You will be standing in water, working on high voltage panels with water running into them and if that don’t hurt you the countless forklift accidents and machine failures harming people is only a matter of time. Don’t get me started on the food safety lol if you don’t get permanently disabled like several other employees this year I’m afraid it will be worse.
