- The product itself is truly unique. It really feels like we're working on something big - The team are all lovely and supportive, it's a very friendly environment - Management actively check in on people and make sure they're doing well - People are very thoughtful and knowledgeable about the work they do; there are high standards

The company is growing fast, which may not suit some people
