The founders have never worked at startups before so they have no clue how it's supposed to work. They bring a big business mentality to things and lack the humility it takes to work at a startup. If they're still around in a year, I'll be amazed. No one I know who left the company exercised their options, telling you we don't believe in the future. On top of that, the politics are horrible. The business development people stab everyone in the back to curry favor with the CEO and favoritism is rampant. When under stress, the CEO shouts at everyone and blames and shames rather than trying to solve problems. Avoid at all costs.
