Pros
They treat you great at first, just to get you in the door.
Cons
Once you've worked there for a while, you'll see just how lousy it is there. High stress, managers cram production down your throat. They fill your head with empty promises just to keep you there. While they advertise such great products, us technicians are forced to take awful crowns and substructures, and make them look good enough to get out the door. Zirconia is consistently milled in the wrong shade, and guess what? You got in, we have to spend extra time to make it look right. Note to doctors: ever notice an increase in remakes at the end of the month? Well, I was told "don't worry about it(a chipped zirconia crown), everything must go". I was not allowed to get it remade or waste time fixing it...
