Pros
High compensation for the work done, paid PTO, paid sick, housing and transportation support, two meals and snacks included, gym on-site, 100% employer paid (Account holder) medical benefits, consistent hours, M-F schedule. NO CASH HANDLING Closed campus- not open to public gives way for unique customer relationships. I would recommend this job to friends depending on their current job and financial status.
Cons
Extreme micro management. Has changed from providing employees opportunity for creativity with menus/drinks/popups to corporate handled menus/drinks/popups with no room for personal creativity from the employees. Dress code is very corporate and lacks any personalization or individuality (even when the client's dress code is relaxed). Constantly understaffed and overworking senior employees to the point of burnout. Lack of relevant job advancement. Upper management is unorganized and under-trained. Zero workplace autonomy
