(in regard to the specific location I work) Management has no idea what they’re doing Supervisors are behave unprofessionally when it comes to bringing any problems or concerns to employees, preferring to talk to other employees about a situation as opposed to ones in question

Cons

Out of touch too heavy mgmt. culture. Blind to their lack of commmunication, will hire any bun off the street to cook because they can't keep any decent cooks due to poor management.

Free meals when you work, hourly staff is great!

Cons

You will never receive a promotion as they rarely hire within the company, management has loose definition of what their duties are and things fall apart, if you are unable to make an event they threaten to fire you for it.
