Company supports sustainable, local and healthy produce Chefs purchase from local farmers when possible Strong sense of community in the kitchen The hours are good for working moms
Cons
Some of the cooks did not care about their jobs or the quality of their food Sometimes a disconnect between management and staff, upper management just didn't pay that much attention. Not much room to grow, you stay in the same position Pay is quite low Cooks could use more on the job training & skill building
