But the reality is that enormous amounts of food are wasted daily, most of the supplies come from national supply chains that rely on Big Ag, and people are too busy to even rinse out cans. They are very strict on RULES, and will dock employees for even slight infringements. No music in the kitchen. Not a very relaxed environment.
