The food program and accompanying training and resources, seriously scratch food and Chefs getting to test out/produce what they want which is NEVER the case in restaurants or other contract food service companies, working with local farms for F2F products, being incredibly proud of your product, working hard but feeling like you are contributing to a bigger picture, giving staff amazing benefits. Supportive boss - safe to have critical conversations. Human Resources Service Center which keeps all the guesswork out of how to best handle staff issues. Happy guests and clients because...of the above.
