      Good work life balance. It's pretty much 9 to 5 and there was a lot of downtime.

      Cons

      Low pay. No benefits. Pretty much a dead end.

      Pros

      Great culture where everyone has a voice. I worked at other agencies and the collaborative nature at Bolt is second to none. The overall drive/culture to over deliver on every project/client is invigorating!

      Cons

      Not the place for people just looking to coast. Everyone is pushed to grow & contribute on regualr basis. ie. more of a startup attitude than a 6 year old digital agency.

      They pay you for the time that you are in the office.

      Cons

      They do not pay you when you leave the office, but they do expect that you work over time.
