Arrogant executives Short term style (take advantage of customers rather than build lasting relationships) Low pay (offer seems average, but not when expect to work 60+ hrs/week) No autonomy just always micro-management Unrealistic expectations of employees Unrealistic targets = poor executive behaviours High colleague turnaround (talent quit due to micro-management &/or bad work/wage balance, or fired due to poor resource planning and sales)
