No cons, I liked the company

Really wonderful people for the most part. US employees get very fair comp, unlimited PTO, etc. There are opportunities to "wear many hats". I really wanted to believe things would turn around.

Have heard that comp for Canadian employees is not nearly as fair. The ecommerce industry took a post-covid hit and there have been layoffs ever since. The company has shrunk from 440ish at its peak to 130ish now. Morale is abysmal, and the chaos makes it a stressful work environment. There is no standard process for promotions, and many colleagues have been fighting for one for years. Processes are all over the place. They need to tear everything down and build it again from the ground up.
