Pros
Bojoko has a unique angle for online gaming. We're not satisfied with creating just another casino affiliate site. We want to be the best and have a dedicated team that can achieve great things. We take responsibility and pride in building our site. Nobody has the "I'm just working here" mentality. The company has done a great job of cultivating a culture of internal entrepreneurship. We're allowed to take risks. We're allowed to fail. And we learn from both our mistakes and successes. The flat organization model keeps us agile and creates a work environment where everyone is heard. This enables making changes without people feeling left out. The team has almost doubled in size since I started in the company over 3 years ago. However, the founders have managed to retain the start-up atmosphere and camaraderie of the early days. They're there working with us, and it's easy to just have a quick chat with the CEO at any time. The 30-hour workweek is no joke. Compared to companies where people work 8 hours a day plus overtime, we are much more motivated and have a better work-life balance.
Cons
We're still a small team and there are a lot of interesting projects going on. When you get involved with too many tasks, it's easy to get too much on your plate. But that's why we have regular calls with the CEO to keep our priorities straight.
