      The benefits and the 401(k) and yearly bonuses

      Cons

      Bad management and favoritism towards Dan Riley Ted’s favoritism towards him. There is no opportunity unless they want you to be promoted. They post jobs that r already have someone in mind. They did that with Dan and many other jobs.

      -No emphasis on growing sales, only safety -unserious job for a true sales professional -operations nightmare, high turnover in shop -Position is far underpaid compared to any other sales/account manager roles -limited advancement opportunities -limited bonus opportunities
