Since transitioning to PR as a career field about 2 years ago, BOCA has been by far the best agency I've had the pleasure of working for. Each individual brings a unique and positive attitude to the agency which makes coming to work a pleasure rather than a chore. And most importantly, the senior staff actually makes an effort in helping junior staff grow in their careers by encouraging them to aim high and by providing them with great advice and support.
Cons
As with any PR agency, working with multiple clients requires a skilled individual who is on top of deadlines, knows how to manage up, and is accountable for their work. BOCA is no exception to that. However, the senior staff at BOCA does their best to make sure no one is feeling overworked and overwhelmed.
