Boca Aircraft Maintenance is a GREAT company to work for. Management truly treats employees like family. The comradery between co-workers is excellent. This company pays well, has awesome benefits, and does right by their employees.

No cons - if anyone had any complaints about Boca Aircraft Maintenance and its management team it most likely was because he or she had an attitude issue or that they failed at their job (or a combination of both!).
