Pros
Great co-founders that care deeply about the company and its mission. Fully remote work.
Cons
Just like another reviewer mentioned, it’s a good place to work as long as you smile and nod. Once you are laid off, you are dead to them. Bobbie is just like any other company. They talk a good game about how they’re a different workplace, but some directors and managers didn’t read that memo. Some groups seem to have a higher turnover rate than others. There seems to be a correlation between turnovers and bad team leaders. There’s no diversity. The company photos speak for themselves. No real explanation for layoffs when the company is doing well. Work/life balance depends on your team and/or position. Compensation is at the lower end of the market average.
