Owner does not look out for the best interest of his employees, only himself. He has no issue taking you off the schedule instead of firing people if you don't agree with him. He doesn't take criticism well, even when it comes to the customers and does not give anyone a raise even after being there a long time. He talks a lot, but never comes through with his promises.
