Pros
Some of the people. Nothing else is good. Several of the employees mean well and work hard, but lack experience and are put in positions that are beyond their skill sets.
Cons
Products are trash especially the boats. Some customers boats have been in “service” for over a year and have been back several times. Caravelle boats are manufactured by the owner of this company. They use inferior products including Chinese steel. The winches on the trailers are known to explode and can cause serious bodily injury. No real service department, not one certified technician on board. The Phones do not work, can’t call out and can rarely call in. Ignored drug use, even during working hours and some users operate heavy equipment. At least 7 BBB complaints have been filed this year alone! Customer service is not a priority. The facility is a dump and is embarrassing. Some of the offices if you want to call them that flood when it rains. Antiquated computer systems. No structure. I️ could go on but you get the point. You DO NOT want to work for this company. PERIOD.
