Pros
Lots of hands on work with clients. Plenty of opportunity to flex those creative muscles.
Cons
Management and ownership leaves a lot to be desired. They are very focused on making the most money (which is fine; it is a business after all), but it felt like it was often done while sacrificing customer service. "Mandatory" event staffing and meetings were not the greatest either.
