Pros
If you like interior design it has beautiful furniture. You get to work with different regions (Uruguay, Argentina and Paraguay)
Cons
It has a terrible working enviroment. Even though people are nice, the franchise owners are petty and demanding. They expect you to live and breath for the company and won't stop until you are burned out. The company has over the top attrition rates, and it's very common to see people only working for a few months period. What you do is never enough and they expect outstanding results with little or no resources, as they are extremely cheap and have problems with payments to suppliers. They've had legal issues with former employers as they never want to pay what corresponds. I sincerely do not recommend this company to work at. It is attracting at first but soon proves to be completely unsatisfaying.
