      Sometimes communication across departments can be slow. Limited resources for some projects, which can cause delays. Career advancement paths could be more clearly defined.

      Work from home, conceptually good product/service.

      Cons

      Senior leadership out of touch with realities of marketplace. No one has heard of BnBerry and there was no to little attempt to create brand awareness. Also, comp plan VERY unattainable as evidenced by not one sales person ever hitting quota (15) while I was there.
