Pros
When everyone else was losing the job worldwide due to pandemic, Blys remained stable and did it's best to keep the business rolling thus we were able to keep our jobs which is a lifesaver. Information are readily available thru the knowledgebase, website and peers, thus newly part of the team will find it easier to do their new role and excel on it.
Cons
Just like any other businesses, it's not always sunshine and roses / rainbows and daisies, but what makes Blys different from others is the human touch and concern that we want our client's and therapist feel before, during, and after their bookings.
