Upper management would work on communication for sure. Think that's universal everywhere. Some issues with promising things and not following through

Customer service department has great employees and supportive to each other. The customer service manager is very kind.

Everyone else in the company does not respect customer service and does not believe their work is valuable enough to not live in poverty.
