You never have to fight for your money. Very transparent with commissions and pay.
Cons
The work life balance is atrocious, and you are expected to work all the time. Senior leadership has gotten worst and is completely out of touch and unrealistic, asking for things when they do not even know how to run a simple transaction to save their life. They pretend to listen to your opinions, but they end up just doing whatever the feel like or whatever the flavor of the week is. All these reviews are fake too btw. They force their employees to write these positive reviews under duress or give “gift cards” that will take weeks if not months to get.. Also- If you like pizza, stay away because you’ll get sick of pizza after your first month. It’s the only way they know how to reward you.
