Piece rate payment system( doesn't turn out well when not properly managed) can be feast or famine. 1 Week of vacation for new hires their first year Useless Maintennance Department(Machines always down, not very dependable people, slow) Employee uniform system should be better. Work enivronment can sometimes feel very unprofessional.
