I spent 1.5 years at this company and feel compelled to share my experience. The policy of managing multiple projects at once often leads to insufficient compensation and burnout. The work culture is lacking, with minimal support and excessive independence expected from employees. Personal documents are used without consent to attract clients. Office politics and favoritism are rampant, and the workload is overwhelming with little training or guidance. The owner manipulates reviews to create a false positive image and fosters a toxic environment. I wouldn't recommend this company due to its unfair policies and lack of investment in employees.
