Bluetowne is an amazing place to work, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The culture truly embodies the "work/life" balance, and upper management places a strong emphasis on our core values and uses them to guide the direction of the company every day. They aren't merely buzzwords on the web site. I worked for a competing tech firm for many years, and the emphasis that Bluetowne places on honesty and integrity in its "customer first" mentality is a stark contrast and extremely refreshing. Especially in a industry where doing the right thing doesn't always win the business or produce the biggest margin. Bluetowne only gives clients what they NEED in a solution without promoting its own or its vendors agendas. Bluetowne is nimble, and has a great grasp on the direction of the tech industry, pivoting when necessary to keep pace and deliver what the market demands.

It can be a stressful industry, very fast-paced and constantly changing. You must be able to wear many hats and shift roles as necessary!
