      No career growth, no job security, firing their own in-line employee working on project. Worst management. Very less salary. No benefits.

      Pros

      Very nice work culture, seniors are supportive and helpful when needed. Can learn a lot and will get opportunity to work on multiple projects, with that you can improve your logic in designing a d creating apis all by your own according to the project requirements.

      I didn't like the management.
