Pros

Other reviewers have noted the free drinks. That's a standard industry practice so not exceptional. But I guess that's a pro.

Cons

Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA is a 2 star company. Average Glassdoor review of 2.8 stars at this writing. From Recruiting, to HR to Operations, 2 stars is accurate. Sloppy and untruthful recruiting, Sloppy on-boarding process, sloppy employee communication. The entire BP HQ operation is mediocre. The sharp and ambitious consultants who agree to work here are not the problem. As others have noted, BP has high employee turnover. Good people get hired, and soon realize they made a poor choice. As soon as they figure it out, they are usually out the door. Advice to job seekers -- There are hundreds of great staffing/consulting companies in the Seattle area. Most with similar client lists. Save yourself time and energy and keep looking. Find an agency/consulting company with 4 star reviews. You'll be happy you did. Lucky for you, there are hundreds of 4 star companies in the Seattle area. AND it's a job seekers market.

Pros

Hybrid schedule Snacks provided Food provided on major holidays Gaming industry (Depending on the engagement) Diverse Workforce Great benefits (if you aren't adding dependents) KPI's are reasonable Room for growth

Cons

Raises stop after the first year/No cost of living increases Working every holiday Cars aren't safe in the parking garage Directors fight to prove their worth CEO isn't engaged with their most profitable engagement outside of emails and occasional walk throughs. There is a level of management above directors but below the CEO and none of us know what this person does or how they contribute. Poor client management has lead to a lack of trust The company is more focused on reinventing itself then maintaining the engagements that have been successful. Someone is going to get salmonella from these potlucks.
