Very unorganized. They take your holidays . make you work over. Supervision knows nothing about operation of equipment. One person runs entire company will not let any one make decisions. Most employees are on work release so company can get tax credits. People get hurt and never reported. Just a horrible place to work they tell you things to get you in and then change every thing . horrible place to work
