Some great people working there (but they probably won’t be there much longer) COO is fantastic - CFO is a good guy with good intentions

Cons

CEO is a terrible leader - alienates his people and is an ego maniac. The CEO respects no one and no one respects the CEO. Old school - behind the times business model and unwilling to make changes or even admit that someone other than himself might have input and constructive feedback. A horrible work environment. Company is on the verge of financial collapse due to poor and inscruplous business practices. Don’t get near this - run for the hills.

Pros

The founder is smart, talented, and dedicated to creating a good user experience. The product is good.

Cons

The company lacks any meaningful culture. The CEO, and many others, treat employees as interchangeable parts. The irony is that the company shows little understanding of mental health. A pervasive lack of trust forces people to walk on eggshells, prioritizing what they think the founder wants over doing what’s right. Most Everyone is afraid of the CEO.
