Pros
I have a flexible schedule (as far as timelines for projects go), I'm able to take the lead on most of my projects, and my supervisor gives me lots of opportunities to grow, learn, and eventually move up into new positions.
Cons
The learning curve in the beginning is pretty steep, so you need a patient and very helpful leadership team, but I believe I have one so I wouldn't even really consider this a con. I do wish we had better 401k benefits as well.
