There is a true open door policy. There are many staff events which include some family events. Home life balance is great. You can come in earlier or later depending on your needs. Flexibility to work at home if there is terrible weather. Open communication to help you complete your job. Free coffee. GoodLife membership plan. RRSP matching.
Cons
The Benefit packages are standard and you have to pay into them. I wish they had a pension plan. There is limited room to grow within company.
