Pros

There's still a few good people left at the company, but I don't foresee that lasting much longer.

Cons

C-suite has totally lost touch with reality here. Top down communication is full of corporate textbook buzzwords and broken promises. Lack of direction and decision making has caused a stagnation in engineering & product. Talented employees were laid off without good explanations and a lot more talented people left. Morale has hit rock bottom. Employees aren't valued like they used to be and there's no effort put into retention. Benefits are good, but the pay is embarrassing. Bluebeam used to be a great place to work, but I'd no longer recommend it if you're looking for a positive place with growth opportunities. All of the negative reviews from 2021 are valid and C-level has taken no responsibility for their missteps. Blame it on the great resignation and turn a blind eye to the actual cause of record breaking turnover.

Pros

Some great coworkers, product is industry standard

Cons

Leadership keeps making changes that are affecting the culture of the company. Having a great product doesn’t mean you can treat your employees or customers like dirt. Leadership constantly is blaming sales for organizational disarray. You’ll spend most of your time cleaning up operational disconnect vs actually doing your job and connecting with customers
