Pros
Acquired by Tetra Tech in late-2020 but generally has retained much of the small-business family feel. Management is caring and supportive. Provides oversight and guidance but empowers leadership and line staff to accomplish their work. Weekly communication with all programs and routine visits keep morale up and provide opportunities to engage with corporate leadership.
Cons
Compensation is limited by the rates bid on the various contracts. High morale and loyalty means retention is high and employees stay with the company for years. While that is a positive, it limits upward mobility for rising staff.
