Pros

It's a paycheck till you find the job you really want.

Cons

* The company has been gutted over the last 15 months. Leadership is so revenue driven that they've taken many short cuts in building a healthy culture. The people that have been discharged or left on their own with no new job in sight were talented, committed and loved by customers. * Leadership is profit centric - anyone in the way is "discharged" or treated in such a manner that they leave. * I've never worked in such a toxic environment. You will be "gas lit" to believe you are the problem.

Pros

BlueVolt has been around for a while but kind of feels like a startup with the immense amount of collaboration that goes on. Really awesome team, leadership is great, continuous improvement is a priority.

Cons

There is a lot of prospecting.

Pros

The team here is honestly one of my favorite things. The work space is pretty collaborative and everyone works together to solve problems. There's been a recent lean into learning and using AI tools and also a focus on improving training and helping people meet career goals over time.

Cons

I mean the challenge is that I feel like the CEO means well but sometimes comes across as abrupt. He's the type of person that expects everyone to take charge of a project or workflow in their own way.
