Pros
Decent pay, good benefits package. Middle manager are generally good and tends to be very flexible about time off and working form home. There's a pretty good range of technologies around, so there are opportunities to learn. It has a casual, friendly atmosphere and there are a lot of smart people.
Cons
The place practically has a revolving door. A lot of smart people come through, but they never stay long - most of the staff has been there less than 3 years. Priorities and business plans change with unsettling frequency. The CEO is snake-oil salesman who is completely out of touch with what's actually happening in the company. Upper management likes to set hard deadlines, either arbitrarily or based on inadequate planning, and then push the staff to work overtime to meet them.
