Pay is lower than the industry standard. But I was looking for quality over quantity ~ and BlueSprig is unlike any other organization I have been apart of! Also, like any new company, communication is not always the best....

- racism
- micromanagement
- toxic executive management (the scheduling department leadership is the most out of touch people I have ever had the misfortune of working for)
- will fire you if you speak up
- HR does nothing to solve problems
- closing centers with no notice due to poor company leadership
- many longterm executives have quit due to the toxic company management
